At The Postmark

$200 an hour Sunday-Thursday (minimum of 3 hours)

$300 an hour Friday & Saturdays (minimum of 3 hours)

(Fridays and Saturdays are only available to book for these events 60 days out.)

Our standard event rental is for any type of event. It can be used for corporate, bridal showers, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversary dinners, dinner parties, and more. If you want to experience Prohibition Legendary Bourbon Bar, when the bar is open to the public, we have a space that can be private for any of the above events as well.

Our space is HUGE and used for weddings most weekends so our prices are firm due to the upkeep and overhead of running the facility.

With every event, we provide an attendant, along with tables and chairs set up/torn down for you with a planned floorplan finalized 30 days before the event. An hour of set up to decorate and an hour of tear down to get your things gathered up is provided complimentary.

I.E: You want to host your Sunday bridal shower from 1-3 pm. You will need two hours of event rental at $199 per hour. So your total would be $398 for 4 hours of rental from start to finish.

Linens are available for rent through our space if you would like to use them. We can get them in black, white or champagne. We can also offer food and beverages for your event.

Most events like these listed above are held at our air BnB The Letterbox, located right behind our venue. We offer this at The Letterbox for a flat fee of $500 for 4 hours of event time and a total of 6 with complimentary setup & tear down.
