Schedule your tour with The Postmark or if you want to ask some questions before you do you can schedule a quick 15-minute convo with Destiny (or email her) to share what you are looking for in your perfect dream wedding space. Booking a tour is a must just so you can see if our space fits your vision. The sooner the better, because dates go fast!

2. On the tour upon arrival, we can grab a cocktail or mocktail if you wish, and we will walk through the space. We talk about what you are looking for in a venue, and what you desire for your wedding day. We love to hear how you as a couple met, and got engaged! After walking around and talking, we will sit down and discuss packages. If you don’t see one that fits your vibe, that’s ok, let’s create one together! You will either be ready to secure a date with us at the tour or we will send you off with a proposal with a contract so if you want to sleep on it or talk more about it before committing you can! We know it’s a big decision and we want to make sure you LOVE having us for your venue.

3. After locking in your date, this is where the fun starts! We’ll help you choose the perfect wedding professionals for your unique wedding—everything from food to an epic DJ, (you want your reception to be one heck of a party….) to photographer recommendations and more. Along the way, we will always be available to answer any questions you have about the planning process. Our team will be available to you whenever you need it! We will handle all the details professionally, making it our goal to create a day that is simply the best.

About The History of The Postmark

Built in 1903, The Postmark is a historical landmark in the town of Chillicothe. The building was constructed to serve as the official post office starting in 1907 until 1966 when the building was transformed into a banquet hall.

The Postmark is Chillicothe’s premier wedding & event venue. Located in the heart of downtown, this southern Ohio event center itself makes a grand statement for locals and out-of-town guests alike.

One of the cool things about the venue is the vaults that once held important pieces of mail and valuables, now have signatures from all our couples and you can leave yours too!
