PACKAGES

What does a wedding at the Postmark include?

  • Every wedding package includes tables/chairs, setup/teardown, access to our bridal suite & grooms lounge, and an on-site wedding coordinator. Schedule a tour so we can get to know you and create the perfect wedding package to meet your needs!

Can I enhance my package?

  • Yes, absolutely! We offer so many extras such as impressing your guest with a champagne wall, to adding some mimosas or a special bourbon to the suite while getting ready or even lunch! We can also offer booking of other vendors if needed such as DJ, cake and catering!

What is an all-inclusive package?

  • If a simple, streamlined experience is what you’re looking for, our all-inclusive package is perfect for you. We provide one price that includes all the vendors you need to make a memorable wedding day- catering, DJ, florist, and more.

I can’t find my perfect package and would like a custom one, is that an option available?

  • Absolutely! We know sometimes you want a little bit of this and a little bit of that. So on the tour, we talk about your wants & needs! We will take those and create the ultimate “for you” package!

PRICING

What deposit is required to book my date?

  • A $1,500 deposit in order to book your date.

Do you have any additional service fees or gratuity that you add on top of my bill?

  • No, we don’t. We don’t believe in giving different fees to our couples. We like to have it all straight upfront.

Are there taxes?

  • Yes, but not everything is taxed.

Guest Count

How many people can The Postmark hold?

  • 175 seated

Do you have a minimum guest count?

  • No, we don’t!

When is my final guest count due? 

  • We require a minimum of 3 weeks prior for floor plans to be completed. Bar packages can be done with a minimum due of 3 weeks prior to the date. Our team will work with you on all these details, no worries!


Drinks/Catering:

Can I bring my own alcohol?

  • No, we have a liquor license and can provide the alcohol you wish to have for your reception or for something special while you are getting ready. This will ensure everyone has a great evening while maintaining the amount of alcohol being served throughout the night.

Can I have liquor added to my package?

  • Yes! We have beer-and-wine-only packages, signature drink packages for customizing a special drink for your occasion, or full bar packages.

Do I have to have alcohol?

  • No, you don’t! We also provide non-alcoholic beverage packages. We even include some fun mocktails! We do not require the purchase of alcohol but suggest at minimum having a cash bar available to guests but understand completely if you don’t want this available too!

Can I bring my own caterer?

  • The answer is YES! We do require a catering license as well as your caterer to stay with the food until after service is over. No drop offs or deliveries! This is so that we can make sure your food is hot and you and guests have the best experience. We do provide a list of caterers that you can start with so you aren’t having to spend time on google! 🥂

Planning

Is day-of coordination included?

  • Yes! We will have our venue director along with a wedding coordinator working with you throughout the entire process. We will also have a coordinator on-site to ensure you are stress-free and that your big day is amazing.

When would my rehearsal take place?

  • We will do our best to schedule it for the night before your wedding. If another event is scheduled that evening, we will find another time to accommodate you and your group.

Do you have a preferred vendor list?

  • Yes! We are more than happy to recommend the best vendors we know in Chillicothe to make your wedding day the best it can be. But we are always looking to make new relationships— let us know if you know of one you want to bring with you for your wedding day!
